As someone who has been active since childhood, I’ve experienced the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, even amidst the chaos of daily life. I am currently raising five kids and I made the decision to become a personal trainer because I wanted to share my passion for fitness with others. Being a surgical dental assistant also keeps me on my toes, but I always find time to prioritize exercise. It’s this balance that allows me to teach others how to stay active and healthy, no matter how busy life gets.
