Join us for an 8 week fitness challenge.

What To Expect.

No pressure. No perfection. Just progress, laughter, and maybe some sore glutes.

Packed with simple, satisfying, protein packed meal suggestions designed to fuel your strength training.

Even comes with a grocery list…  (who doesn’t love a good grocery list!)

Weeks 1-2: Foundation & Form

Learn form, build neuromuscular connection, light weights or resistance bands.

Weeks 3-4: Build Strength

Slightly increase weight, refine technique, increase volume

Weeks 5-6: Volume & Intensity

Increase weight or reps, reduce rest slightly

Weeks 7-8: Confidence & Strength

Lift with intention, focus on form + control, increase resistance

I’ll be sharing workouts, tips, nutrition suggestions and unfiltered “I did NOT want to do this today” moments.
